Research Fellow in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. This position requires a clinical background, a basic understanding of important cardiovascular and anatomic concepts, and a good understanding of clinical outcomes research. Statistical skills, while not required, will be greatly helpful in carrying out outcomes research. The applicant must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, and should be comfortable managing up, and coordinating multi-department and institutional studies. We are looking for someone who is a team player, can delegate, and efficiently develop the pediatric cardiac surgery research agenda.
