Clinical Description
Dr. Ira Phillips has been a member of the faculty since 2014. He uses a blend of psychotherapy and psychopharmacology to help patients with mood, anxiety, and personality disorders. He is particularly interested in helping those wanting to understand the origin of recurring life problems. He also teaches psychotherapy to psychiatry residents at various levels of training.

Dr. Phillips is a Psychiatrist on the Faculty and Physician Wellness Program (FPWP) team at Vanderbilt Work/Life Connections-EAP.
